"Rejoice, O young man, in thy youth; and let thy heart cheer thee in the days of thy youth, and walk in the ways of thine heart, and in the sight of thine eyes.
[Ecclesiastes 11:9]

Important Update
The "Departed Classmates" page has been updated. TThis is a major update which allows you to click on an image of a classmate to view their biography on an individual "Memorium" page. Sadly, as we add more names to the old page, it got too long and took on a cluttered look. The design in the new format is less "busy" and allows for greater individualization of each memorial. Members of the Class of 1968, CHSE are invited to participate in memorials and remembrances to help keep this part of our site, a very personal experience. If you know of any other classmates from our class who has passed away, please use the "Contact Us" button at the top of this page to send details. |

Our Classmates / Our Beloved Veterans
We the undersigned offer the Veterans of our Class of 1968 who served honorably in the service to our country and our two beloved U.S. Marines who sacrificed their lives for our country, our eternal debt of gratitude. We also take this moment to remember and honor all U.S. Veterans of all wars for their commitment to service and our country. It is easy to take these acts of bravery for granted, but on this day of days, we put aside a time to remember our Veterans of all wars. For our classmates and veterans, they are the very best of our generation. |

Forever In Our Hearts
This endeavor has been the most meaningful yet painful thing I have done in my life. I endure the painful reminders of my losses and am reminded that in the days of my blissful ignorance, I was loosing those that meant everything to me. Your brothers and sisters who live on, like myself will feel the pain of your absence but we also rejoice in having known you, for however short the time. Rest in Peace and through the grace of our God, we will meet once more in a place where there is no war, no pain only the quiet peace of paradise.
